I have been a licensed and active Real Estate Agent since 1990. Unlike most, I grew into this profession from childhood through entrepreneurial family experience. My father and mother, Ivan and Georgia, were both active Real Estate Brokers for many years and served both Amador and Calaveras Counties. Each have been instrumental in the evolution of the area and they developed several high quality subdivisions in these communities.
As a result of growing up, working and recreating in the Amador and Calaveras County areas, I have gained an intimate and irreplaceable knowledge of this beautiful place. I love it here, and have spent much time fishing for wild trout, hiking in our beautiful mountains, camping in our wild places, skiing in our high country and digging for gold in our ancient hidden riverbeds. It has also been my privilege to share in the area's growth through excavation projects, timber harvesting, mortgage, real estate sales, land development consulting, livestock ranching and my own land and ranch property investments and developments.
Most of my professional accomplishments have been the result of diligent research, patience and a good old-fashioned "get your hands dirty and feet wet" approach. Over the years, this valuable experience has included its share of challenges, but each was met with sound decision-making and in every case, resulted in profitable solutions for the parties involved.
I have dedicated my entire career to working with buyers and sellers of land, ranches and timber (and as the owner of several properties, including a 5,000 acre elk ranch, I speak from first-hand experience!). Most importantly, I have demonstrated my ability to effectively handle the unique challenges and difficulties that can arise in the midst of these kinds of complex property transactions.
